Delayed / Non Delivery (Gift Products)

  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address items, whether by email, post or courier. RedBalloon cannot be held responsible for any damaged, missing or delayed orders where incorrect or incomplete delivery details (address and, if relevant, delivery instructions) have been provided.
  • If delivery is taking longer than the estimated timing (as per the timeframe listed under the DELIVERY tab on the product page), please email us with your Order ID and we will follow up with the supplier on your behalf. Contact us
