Refund requests for Experience Vouchers can be made within 14 days of the date of purchase, and can only be requested by the purchaser. Any refund requests received after this period will not be considered.
Refunds do not apply to Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Gift Products, or purchases made through a rewards platform points system (eg. Redii or other partner platforms).

RedBalloon Account credits are non-refundable in whole or in part.
After credits have expired, they are no longer valid.
