Refunds and Exchanges

 

Refunds can be processed on experience vouchers only, within 14 days of purchase back to the original payment method. These vouchers must be valid vouchers that have not been used. i.e A date has not been requested or booked for the experience and the voucher has not been swapped for a different experience.

If you voucher meets these guidelines and you would like a refund, please give us a call on 1300 875 500.

All experience vouchers are able to be swapped for another experience or gift product on the RedBalloon website during the validity of the voucher. These vouchers also must not have a date requested or booked against them.

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on Gift vouchers or physical gift products from our Gifts and Hampers range or movie tickets.

RedBalloon Account credits are non-refundable in whole or in part.
After credits have expired, they are no longer valid.
