You can check how and where your items will be sent to in your order history on your RedBalloon account.
- Go to Home Page - www.redballoon.com.au.
- Click on “My account” in the top right to log in.
- Select 'Orders' from the list on the left side of the page.
- Review the 'Delivery Details' column. This outlines when the order has been posted or emailed and where it has been sent to.
If your voucher has been sent by express post and you wish to find out its delivery status, please give us a call on 1300 875 500 so we can provide your tracking details.
Tracking information for physical gift products will be emailed to you upon the items despatch from each individual supplier.
