Checking Delivery Status
- You can check on the delivery status of your order online. Simply follow these steps:
- Log in to 'Your Account'
- Select 'Order History' from the list on the left hand side of the page.
- Review the 'Delivery Status' column. This outlines when the order has been dispatched/emailed from the RedBalloon office and where it has been sent to.
- Note: Gifts will only be dispatched once payment has been approved. This is especially important to remember where payment processing is not instant, e.g. Direct Debit and BPAY.
