How To: Book Your Experience Voucher

Experience Vouchers must be booked and taken before the expiry date listed on your voucher.

To book your experience voucher, please follow the below instructions: 

  1. Go to www.redballoon.com.au - Click ’MY ACCOUNT’. Create an account by selecting ‘SIGN UP HERE’ and entering your details. If you already have a RedBalloon account, enter your email address and password and select ‘LOGIN’
  2. Click ‘USE A VOUCHER’ at the top of the page or go to www.redballoon.com.au/redeem
  3. Enter your voucher code (example ABC123/AAAAA/1010101). Then click ‘CONTINUE’.
  4. Review the experience information page.
  5. Select a date(s).
  6. Enter Participant Details and answer supplier questions.
  7. Read and Agree to the Terms and conditions.
  8. Click ‘REQUEST DATES’ to submit.  

You will notice that the experience providers details are on the screen at this point. You are now in direct contact with the experience provider and if you have any questions about the day, please feel free to contact them directly. These contact details will also be emailed to you in case you need to refer to them at a later stage.

You have now successfully activated your voucher. As a guide, the experience provider will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your requested dates.

If you do not hear back within 48 hours, please contact the experience provider directly. 

Please Note: Most Experience Providers recommend you book at least 3 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. You should allow more time if requesting a booking during peak times (such as weekends or holidays).
